  • The basic tier offers recordings of the course presentations and workbook activities and Q&A support. For those who want to save money and watch the videos on their own time, the basic tier is best.

  • The core tier is a 5 session (2.5 hours per session) course run over three weeks, that provides the fundamental ideas and tools through a group action learning project. For those who want to focus on learning the key ideas through a group project, the core tier is best.

  • The coaching tier includes these five sessions but adds three more sessions (altogether run over 4 weeks - total of 8 sessions) designed to support the participant to apply the ideas and tools to a specific area in their work. For those who want specific coaching support to apply the ideas to a work or personal area, the coaching tier is best.
